Questions? You’re in the right place.

Here’s what schools usually ask about our workshops. If you don’t see what you need, get in touch. We’re always happy to chat.

  • What do the workshops actually cover?
Our school workshops focus on practical life skills that students can use in and out of school. Pursuit of Purpose - Students explore who they are, what matters to them and where they want to go. Illuminate Your Path - We help students make decisions, set goals and map out their next steps. Take Off and Execute - Students learn how to follow through. They build habits, manage time and stay focused under pressure. Every session is interactive. We use real examples, hands-on tasks and short challenges to keep students engaged.
  • What makes your workshops different from other programs?
Three things: 1. Built with students We don’t guess what teens need. Every session is shaped using feedback from real students. We focus on what actually helps, not what sounds good on paper. 2. Led by young presenters Our team has finished school recently. They remember the pressure, the doubts and the noise. That’s why students trust them and stay tuned in. 3. Skills that stick These school workshops teach real-life skills students use right away, at school, at work and in life. No filler. Just tools that work.
  • Do all three workshops need to be booked?
No. Each workshop stands alone and works well on its own. But they’re designed to build on each other, so most schools choose to run all three for the full impact. Whether your students need help with confidence, direction or follow-through, we’ll help you choose the right school workshop based on your goals.
  • What year levels are these school workshops for?
Our school workshops are designed for all secondary year levels, from Year 7 to Year 12. We tailor every session to match your students’ stage of learning and your school’s goals. Most schools book programs for Years 9 to 12, as these students are making big decisions about their future. But we’ve also run powerful sessions for junior students too. Years 7–8: Early self-awareness and goal-setting Years 9–10: Exploring purpose and planning habits Years 11–12: Clarity, confidence and follow-through Every school workshop is adjusted to fit your students’ needs, learning style and age group.
  • How long is each school workshop?
Each workshop runs for 60 to 90 minutes, but we keep it flexible. We adapt to your school’s timetable. Whether that’s a single period, a double or a full-day intensive. Our school workshops are designed to fit smoothly into your day without losing impact.
  • How do your school workshops fit into our schedule?
We adapt to what works best for you. Our school workshops slot easily into: Assembly times Pastoral care periods Career education sessions Student wellbeing days We’ll work with your team to make sure the timing fits your day and your students stay engaged.
  • Who created Project 4 Hope?
Project 4 Hope was founded by Supreet Singh after working with thousands of students who felt lost, stuck or unsure about their future. The program was built with real input from: Over 500 hours of student feedback Educators and psychologists A speech pathologist to support inclusive delivery Every school workshop is shaped by lived experience and professional guidance to make sure it connects with all students.
  • Why do you use young presenters? Don’t they lack experience?
Our youth presenters are trained, not just relatable. They’ve been carefully selected and coached to deliver high-impact school workshops that connect and stick. Students engage more with presenters who feel close to their world. Research shows teens respond up to 73 percent better to near-peer mentors. But this isn’t just storytelling. Every workshop is built on research-backed content, designed with input from educators, psychologists and a speech pathologist.
  • How do you know your program works?
We track every session. Here’s what the results show: 98% of students say our workshops are easy to follow 97% would recommend them to other students 100% of schools book us again These aren’t just feel-good sessions. Our school workshops leave students more confident, clear and ready to act, and schools see the difference.
  • How does this align with our school’s curriculum?
Our school workshops support key areas of the Australian Curriculum and wellbeing frameworks. They align with: Career Education (ACARA): Purpose, pathways and future planning Personal Capabilities: Critical thinking, self-management and resilience Wellbeing Frameworks: Engagement, emotional regulation and student agency We make it easy to meet curriculum goals while giving students tools they’ll actually use.
  • How much do your school workshops cost?
Pricing depends on your school’s needs. We tailor every quote based on: How many school workshops you need The number of students in each group Travel requirements, if applicable We’ll chat with you first to understand your goals, then build a custom quote that fits your budget and gives your students the support they need.
